Is it necessary to have a minimum level of physical fitness to start?

No, it is not necessary. Personal training is designed to suit any fitness level, from beginners to advanced athletes. We start by assessing your current condition and design a plan that will help you improve safely and effectively.
Sessions typically last between 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on your needs and availability. We make sure to make the most of that time so that every minute counts.
Depending on your goals, your trainer will design a plan that may include strength exercises, cardio, functional training, mobility work, and more. Each session is unique and tailored to your progress and needs.
We recommend 2-4 sessions per week, but the exact number will depend on your goals, availability and recovery capacity. Together we will define the ideal frequency to maximize results.
