Functional group training

The focus of the training is on improve all physical capabilities, helping you maintain a healthy and strong body. This program is designed for those who want to Improve your health and appearance through movement and strength exercises, without the need to have a specific sporting objective.

It is also ideal for athletes looking to boost their performance and minimise the risk of injury. In these sessions, priority will be given to strength and power work, ensuring a complete and safe workout.

Personal training

For those who require more detailed attention, whether they are recovering from an injury, preparing for specific tests or requiring a more personalized approach, we offer individualized training sessions.

A coach will be exclusively at your disposal, carrying out a complete assessment and designing a program that is fully adapted to your needs. This personalized approach allows you to achieve your desired goals effectively and in the shortest possible time.

Structure of training sessions

Our approach is continually evolving in line with advances in science and industry. We avoid rigid methods, tailoring activities to individual needs and objectives.

Each training session is made up of four key elements, like “cubes” that we fill for complete development.

Motion

The aim is to improve mobility, proprioception and motor control of the body itself, using different techniques and strategies. This will also serve to lay the foundations and warm up for the main part.

power

Power (ability to generate force quickly) is essential to keep us healthy, athletic and able to face the physical challenges of our daily lives (sports, children, work, unexpected situations...).

Force

What everyone expects from a gym. Here we will work on the strength of all muscle groups, adapting the exercises and intensity to each one.

Endurance

Finally, we will always finish with a more cardiovascular part in the form of high-intensity interval training, which has been shown to have similar effects to more traditional long-duration training, but in less time.
